Dec 11, 2017 Working Hard or Hardly Working

Dear mom and everyone,

This week was pretty normal, no divisions no conferences no nothing, it was the last week for Hermana Salgado and her birthday so Tuesday the Johnson’s brought a cake I thinks it was banana not cake actually. In the afternoon we worked normal we found a new guy who was interested so that was cool.

Wednesday, another normal day, we went looking for some new people we had contacted but they weren't home, In the morning we did find a new young lady, the sister in law of a member she’s cool the only thing is that her brother is from a Christian church and takes her there. That night we had ward council and we set up talked about the activity we were going to do Friday.

Thursday, we talked to a less active who has a nonmember boyfriend he wasn’t there but said that he wants to listen. In the afternoon we did everything for the activity.

Friday, the activity was an open house so in the morning we just walked around handing out invitations to everyone. They activity was cool, we had about 6 people come who we didn't know and we went outside and put in 2 people. so that was cool. For the activity we made a bunch of gifts for the investigators of the book of Mormon and the Living Christ. they came out really good.

Saturday, we found two people we were looking for and had some cook lessons.

Sunday, we found a really cool people named Brenda that had a bunch of really cool questions and she made a bunch of connections without saying anything. then in the night we had a surprise good bye party for hermana Salgado, she was a super good missionary and ended her mission here in the same branch.

Today, we said good bye to her and then went and did the normal things. Actually, we didn't have time for a lot of things because Johnson took us to eat at a beach restaurant and it took a while so we were only able to wash, and buy some recuerdos. I got a cool shirt with Quetzalcoatl.

Oh, I knew about the cards and I have tape I just haven't had time to put them up and I like to give them away to other missionaries. The Johnson’s end their mission next Monday, they have been out for a year and a half, and honestly, I don't think I could buy them and thing that they don't already have. The papaya was just something a member gave us when we went to their house, they had Wi-Fi so I was trying out my camera.

Well I love you all,
