We were told that there was a chance that Mitchell was going to be transferred this time and he thought he might get sent back to the city. Sure enough, he was transferred to Atoyac. He is close to the Mission Home/Office and the Oaxaca Temple. Mitchell was transferred just in time to attend the 5 Zone activity to Mount Alban. What a fun opportunity. He will be in the OAXACA sign forever.
